As for who was right or wrong, well, she should not have slapped him at all. She should have restrained herself, and seemed to slap him pretty hard. Unless, of course, that is an expected 'thing' for this show, is it some sort of weird sado masochist thing?
Him though, well, coming from the point of view of the 'stronger' sex, and not being in a situation that was really threatening past the slap, should have certainly not retaliated in that way at all. However I get the impression he was shocked at his own reaction, and did so out of pure shock.
But yeah, no-one was in the right here.

Ahh, yeah, so the explanation comes from the show. It's called Dadagiri and is billed as 'TVs meanest gameshow'
So, you should be able to expect that treatment from the host, so yeah, he CERTAINLY should not have hit back, it should have been expected when you sign on for a show of that sort.

WHO the crap could possibly think that a dottery old fool who is anti science, anti athiests, anti gay, pro creationism, pro 'life', is a rich, out of touch money hungry conservative, will do ANYTHING GOOD? ANYTHING for the USA or the world? With him at the helm, the US will descend further, further into the mire it currently finds itself in, the rest of the world will be partially pulled down with it, and hopefully pull away from it and build up our own world governing power more to steer the world a bit better.
b) The republicans choose THIS woman... THIS woman who is a shining example of how refusing sex education and having a healthy attitude to sex and relationships ends up... with her teenage daughter pregnant and now being forced into marrying the father... yeah, won't that end well. HOW can someone continue to think that abstinence and lack of knowledge on sexual matters is the right way to go when she has THIS as an example? Her own daughter's life screwed up... having a child at 17, when she should have had so many more years of just being free and enjoying her life and gaining experience before taking the enormous step of being responsible for a child.
Hooooly crap it's scary that they could think that this will win votes... and if it does... if they are the people to lead the USA... well... good luck, as the rest of us are going to abandon your red white and blue ship.

What it's showing is the difference between serial and parallel computing. Currently the most we have in consumer CPUs (the Central Processing Unit inside your computer), is 4 cores working together. The video card in my pc here...(8800 GTS) has 96 processors, and the latest GTX 280 has, you guessed it, 280 processors... that's SERIOUS parallel processing.
So, this demo is Bang on the money.

They take A SINGLE JOKE and drag it on... and on... and on. I mean this joke was already at the end of its life in the first episode, but no... dang it, they have the dinosaur model and they're going to bloody well use it again.
It's doomed to failure in a short period unless they STOP with the dragging out of ideas and actually come up with a few more.
A brilliant case in point was the uber annoying defense creation in the first episode. I would stopped it after the original introduction presentation to the big wigs... that there was enough, it had made the joke, no more was needed.
But no... they drag it on for the rest of the episode.
Same with the huge robot... yes, we get that you can't find your keys, quite funny the first time, not so much the second, third etc. times.
Woman dancing on shapes outside... wasn't even funny to begin with, certainly not funny running through the entire episode.
What a dull show.

She is wonderful, isn't she? I believe she is married to Rick Ocasik (sp?), the lead singer of The Cars. She was the very famous face of Estee Lauder in the '80s. She's such a natural beauty.
